Important information for oral presentations

To ensure that the session runs smoothly, we ask presenters to note the following:

The time slot for each presentation is 15 minutes for regular presentations.
In addition, you have 5 minutes to answer questions. 
Keynote speakers have 45 minutes for presentation and questions. 

The session chairs are instructed to strictly adhere to the schedule, i.e. to strictly limit the length of a presentation. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in keeping to the schedule.
 
Be in the meeting room 15 minutes before the start of your session so that you can get to know your session leaders and the other speakers beforehand.
 
A video projector and notebook will be available in the conference room. The presentation format in the conference rooms is 16:9, but of course the 4:3 format is also possible. 

Please bring your presentations to ICMIM 2024 on a USB stick in MS Power Point or Adobe PDF format and hand them in to the project management at least 1 hour before your presentation or upload your presentation to the EDAS portal in advance. The upload link is available now.
